Nature of Products
LegalBind provides digital legal documentation templates, toolkits, and educational content. All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are supplied.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. LegalBind reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. Prices at the time of purchase are binding.
Payment
Payment is required in full prior to access to purchased content. LegalBind accepts payment through the payment methods displayed on the platform at the time of purchase.
Digital Delivery
Digital products are made available for download or access immediately upon confirmation of payment. LegalBind does not guarantee uninterrupted access to digital content due to technical maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the products, LegalBind does not offer refunds once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded. Where a product is defective or not as described, LegalBind will provide a replacement or credit at its discretion.
Consumer Protection Act
These terms are subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where applicable. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
Intellectual Property
Purchase of a LegalBind product grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for their own personal or business purposes. Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of LegalBind products is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
LegalBind's liability in respect of any product is limited to the purchase price of that product. LegalBind accepts no liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its products.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
